I have learned that less sleep will make me manic
while more sleep will make me depressed.
Someone in their depressive cycle like me should
try to sleep less (4 hours) each night or less.
Also staying up all night and not sleeping till the
next night should snap one out of a depression cycle
and then 4 hours a night after that should maintain
a baseline well balanced between mania and depression.
I will put this to the test to find out if this will work
for me. Details at eleven.
